Location is right at the foot of the Flatiron mountains. Incredible views and right at the trail head. It got a little crowded in the parking lot which causes a little traffic, but manageable. Interesting cottages, pleasant surprise. Close to downtown and many activities.

Nice location about 10-15 min walk from anything on Pearl Street. Fire pit was a nice place to chill out at night (it closes at 10pm) and they had a small bar where you could buy local beers. We didn't hang out in the common area, but it looked nice. Wifi was good.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff and right on the bus line which helped me get around. Appreciated the staff letting me leave my bags while I went for a hike after checkout. Positive vibes all around. The biscuits at breakfast were excellent to boot.

Traffic can be a headache during peak hours so we would recommend traveling in the off peak times to sightsee etc. It's definitely not the midwest, people seemed snobby or rude most places and looked at me funny when I said excuse me if I walked by anyone in a tight area. No-one else excused themselves or tried to avoid colliding down the busy morning sidewalks downtown or in shops/restaurants. My adult daughter stated it's because we are from the midwest & people do things diff here.

Great place to visit...location is great for area, price is inflated for a Hilton and for location! This hotel is squeezed between another hotel and a strip plaza. Stay closer to Pearl St for better food and better location. The a/c unit in this place is very noisy. I found this to be an average hotel for the prce and skipped out on the burgers and nachos on the menu, surrounding area has much better food with cheaper prices. Also there is a charge to park a car there that most hotels don't have.

We came into town for a football game.
We came into town for a football game. CU has the most hostile and aggressive fans that we have ever encountered. We travel to a lot of college games and were warned by a number of friends and locals about this beforehand but were definitely not prepared for the vicious and obnoxious behavior exhibited by students and adults. It took away from the experience at this fabulous stadium.
Lots of restaurants and hiking trails but definitely not the friendliest city that we have every visited, though Flatiron coffee shop is amazing.

Boulder is the perfect destination for an outdoor visit.
Boulder is the perfect destination for an outdoor visit. Hiking everywhere, bike trails everywhere! Pearl Street offers shopping and food. There was even a mile run downtown when we visited! Try Audrey's Pizza Garage and Sweet Cow for ice cream. If you hike, use the fee park and ride shuttle bc trailhead parking is tough.
Location was perfect for visiting CU Boulder. I walked to the physics building each morning with no problems (walk through graduate housing). There are a few nice causal restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walking to Pearl Street. As a bonus, it's a 30 minute walk to Chautauqua Park and less than 1 hour to the base of the First Flatiron! The bouldering area in the activity room was surprisingly convenient for a regular climber to get a quick workout after work. Not far from a few local climbing gyms.
Beautiful historic hotel, with "museum" exhibitions throughout the hotel's common areas which include couches and a fireplace. The lobby of the hotel is gorgeous, and the restaurant is staffed by friendly staff (especially our server Danny) and delicious food. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the location, the comfort, the view of the mountains from the hotel. We loved Boulder and Hotel Boulderado is one of the main reasons why it was such an awesome experience.
location good
liked the lobby and chill out space
staff was friendly and got us checked in early which was great as we had big bags and they didn’t have room to drop and store them before 4pm check in…even tho I called in advance and checked with them two times and they said no prob. it’s kind of like a self service motel.
Boulder in general I have discovered is wildly over priced and not great quality hotels in general
We came to explore Boulder and this hotel is about a 15 minute drive away in a very pretty location. The owner was very nice and so were the people behind the desk. The washer and dryers on location were great to have. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good- they also had grab and go granola bars. And one of the best breweries in the US is close by- Avery brewing. There is a hot tub but we didnt use it.
Disgusting, filthy, and disturbing hotel. I regret booking here for one night and feel completely ripped off. Stains all over the carpet. Filthy smears of dark stuff all over bathroom walls. Bug infested. I will never ever stay here again and I am contacting the health department because I am 100% certain this pace should be shut down due to health regulations, if that even exists in Boulder, CO.
The rooms are large and very well laid out for maximum comfort. The gym was excellent, I had everything I needed. The location of hotel is walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants and bars. The restaurants right next door called The Roadhouse Depot is open late and the food is very good. I always stay here when I come to Boulder. The outdoor tables for breakfast are wonderful.
They had an option for a to-go breakfast but we didn't try it...too many great brunch restaurants in town! Room was a good size, quiet and was adequately comfortable. No frills / not fancy. Location was good - easy access to CU Boulder and other area attractions. Really needs to be remodeled and new carpet/furnishings.
The breakfast was what I expect at a hotel. The breakfast room was a bit small but the breakfast attendant was very nice and friendly! The bed was super comfortable and, unlike so many hotels, it was very quiet and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, the hotel was the least expensive room (at least $100 cheaper) in Boulder.
The boulder Twin Lakes Inn is a small hotel in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Boulder.
Staying at the inn was a delight, the staff way very friendly and forthcoming. The breakfast was ok, better than other US hotels I've stayed in. They served a selection of fresh fruit and yogurt, among other things.
The lobby area was welcoming - felt different from a typical hotel -
the small workout room and laundry
ALL staff were very friendly
I didn't even realize this was an "extended stay" so having a two-room suite was terrific - lots of room for clothes
the parking was so close to the room - great!
Our king bed room was more than a room, it qualified as a suite. It had a great view of the mountains and it had a balcony! It was immaculate. Included were a small refrigerator, plush robes, a comfortable sitting area and great shower. This is a great hotel and the location could not be better.
Location was awesome, could walk to Pearl Street, CSU, and the walking/bike path ran right behind the property. Staff super friendly. Property and rooms were clean. Bathroom was a good size. AC was great. Nice to pull your car right up to your door.
Smooth check-in, clean rooms, comfortable bed, great service! We stayed here last year and decided to stay again and it didn't disappoint. I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting this area.
Everything honestly.. Right from the Entrance seating area, dining area and the cozy fireplace. The hosts Bradley and Evan were so warm and hospitable, it really was heartwarming. Would happily rate it 5 stars..
Great cozy cottage, with a fantastic location near the Boulder Flatirons and its trails, and still close enough to Boulder with its restaurants. We loved the Dining Hotel, and the entire atmosphere.
Best location in Boulder, right by park and 2 blocks away from Pearl street’s restaurants and shops. Clean, super comfortable, no frills. Bus to Denver airport stops in front of hotel.
It is one of the only hotels in Boulder with an outdoor pool and a hot tub, close to campus with comfy beds, clean rooms, convenient parking, accommodating staff and good breakfast!
Its proximity to trails and ski areas makes it perfect for an active holiday. The atmosphere is very chilled with friendly staff and well organised communal areas.
