We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel’s two restaurants. Both were very good and staff were outstanding, especially at dinner. We had been seated near a group that was a little bit loud at times and our server moved us to another table after she personally checked a couple of tables to see which was best. So thoughtful. We had a wonderful evening.

The hotel is located in a very cute neighborhood. Fort Collins is very lovely and we usually only drive through to Wyoming when we go to visit our family. It was delightful to stay in such a lovely historic hotel that we could walk to shopping and food. I am sure there was much more to check out but we were there only for the night.

Do not stay at the Clarion. It is filthy.
Do not stay at the Clarion. It is filthy. They have no breakfast even though they have a digital sign outside showing a full breakfast buffet. Also they are false advertising on their website and on Booking.com
The price states breakfast included. We booked this hotel mainly for the breakfast (for 6 of us)
We unfortunately booked 2 rooms here (111 and 103) They smelled like wet dirty dog. Filth an inch high under the bed and holes in the wall. Bed linens smelled.
Area was not a very safe area and there was a lot of noise all night,.
Save your money and stay elsewhere.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Fort Collins has anything a person could want out of a big city. However, I love what's west of FtC. The mountains are calling! Hike up Horsetooth, till you get to the teeth! Then head down for brewery beer, I like Zwei brewery. Great family owned place!
Any place on College is great for food! Any!
As a disabled veteran, always feel this city is kind to me.

Fort Collins is overpriced and congested.
Fort Collins is overpriced and congested. Very hard finding parking downtown as well. We ate at Rodizio Grill and it was ok but not worth $100 for the 2 of us on a Thursday night. Service was very slow, salad bar was eh and the appetizer was very bland. We stayed at the Clarion Inn and Suites just off I-25 and I'm just going to give it a big fat F. They have so much false advertising. They don't present it online as a motel and the online photos look very nice, just like the Clarion Inn we stayed at in Grand junction. The fact is its severely run down located in an area I'd never ever walk in. The hotel room was filthy and the plastic tub was broken, the bed frame was broken, the desk has a huge Crack and the lamp shades are torn. Next door the drapes are so worn and the back is peeling. When we pulled up we had to look close because it looked like a crime scene, but it was just really old dirty drapes. I have never stayed in fort collins and we were on our anniversary so needless to say, we didn't stay much time in the motel. Just to sleep.

Fort Collins is a fun town with enjoyable restaurants, bars, strolling, and shopping to fit any budget. It is close to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, and if you drive for just over an hour you'll be inside Rocky Mountain National Park. Go to Horsetooth Reservoir and open space, go rafting down the nearby Cache La Poudre River, eat & drink beer at New Belgium brewing, grab coffee and breakfast at Mugs, walk through the Flower Trial Garden by CSU, pick your own berries and wildflowers at Garden Sweet!
This is a bit of a gem among 2 star hotels. Nothing spectacular, though rooms are reasonably sized they are a bit older. But it is very well run. Check in is efficient, housekeeping excellent (much better than at its neighbor the Homewood Suites where I also stayed), the tiny gym is adequate (and was largely empty when I was there), and it is quiet. It should be stressed it is very clean (despite some reviews saying the opposite which I suspect were planted). Excellent value, better than some more expensive nearby competitors.
This hotel really impressed me. It is a newer remodeled hotel compared to the other Quinta Inns. This is the first I have stayed at that has a bar/room service! The location is great, you have a gas station on the side and a Mexican restaurant right across the street which btw was very delicious! Staff was great, they let me check in a little early with no additional fees. Room was clean, comfy, cold and spacious. We slept great! They have 2 pools (indoor/outdoor), fitness center and the bar in the front lobby.
The breakfast was outstanding. It opened even earlier than advertised (6 am), and continued through 10 am. Staff replenished items as they were used up. Two waffle makers produced excellent waffles and I loved the cherry sauce. Upon inquiry, the front desk recommended a Mexican restaurant right behind the hotel. We could walk to it without driving in to Fort Collins to find food.
We travel to Ft. Collins every year and we usually stay in a different hotel, but this one was a little less expensive and we were traveling with some folks who needed something less expensive. So if you are looking for just a place to lay your head this is not a bad choice. The location is good for quick access downtown without being in the middle of the hustle.
We missed breakfast, but enjoyed the pool and hot tub the night before. Both looked inviting and clean—no weird buildup around edges like some other hotel pools.
Also, we lost track of time in AM—amazing what happens when kids away—and front desk staff was kind enough to extend check out time to 11:30. Thanks!!
Great location! Host thought of all kinds of wonderful touches throughout the property (french press, coffee beans, welcome guide, robes, etc.). Hot tub was very relaxing. Everything was clean and clearly labeled. Would definitely stay here again if I were staying in Fort Collins!
We did not have breakfast as none available. The facilities were ok, but the change over if the rooms is every seven days so we ended up changing our own bedding as was hot. The location is a bit far from old town If you have no car. It was difficult to get a taxi or the bus.
We loved our stay here. The house was clean, comfortable and great value for money.
We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children and felt there was plenty of space.
We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Fort Collins area.
Hotel was very nice. Location was great. parking was right next door and was discounted for foregoing maid service. Bed was ok , more on the softer side then I like. Records and record players for the room was a unusual touch.
The staff at Remington Flats was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. Remington Flats is also in a great location, walking distance to CSU and quick access to other parts of Fort Collins.
The location was excellent in historic downtown. The apartment was roomy and welcoming and they had bikes available. The host are very nice and are available for any question, concerns or help.
Great location in South Fort Collins. Near lots or restaurants and shopping. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for getting ready in for my wedding.
No fridge or microwave which it said there was suposed to be. Room was
M had filthy stained all over the bedspread. It was so disgusting that we were appalled and left.
